Secondly, more than 90% of people worldwide live without faith. Without believing. Without having a strong value system.
They are complaining every single day. They are complaining about their boss, their teammates, their wives, their husbands, their parents, the system, the rich people, the weather, about almost everything.
And some of them, believe it or not, are working in your company.
So, the question is, what can you do about it? You must do something about it if you want your company to grow, last for decades, and increase profit every single year.
The answer is: you must help them believe in you, believe in the company's CEO/board, and believe in your company. If you want great results you must work with believers.
Thirdly, people are eager to follow somebody who can help them live a better life. People are eager to join teams, groups, and communities. People are eager to put their trust in other people. People are eager to put their trust in you, as their leader, CEO, and company owner.
So, your job is very easy. All you have to do is switch your mind to the right path. What is the right path? The right path is the one where you care about your employees and help them grow.
