What STP means?

STP stands for System, Tools, and People.

What STP is?

First of all, STP is a system.

Everywhere you look around youit is easy to notice that things are running because there is an error-free system that moves things in a logical sequence from A to Z.

This system builds the way grass, trees, and people are growing.

This system builds the way we get results.

This system builds the way Universe develops itself.

It means that if a company owner wants his/her company to thrive, to last many years, and to develop year after year, must follow an accurate system in order to get these results. And STP is doing that by moving things within a company in a logical sequence from A to Z.

Second, STP is more than a system.

STP is the right system for your company. Why am I saying that?

You saw what happened between 2019 and 2022 due to Covid 19 virus. It changed perspectives about how we should live, think and grow. Some of us learned this lesson. But the majority of us learned nothing from this lesson! And this is very bad! This proves that people are less capable of taking care of themselves in order for humanity to evolve.

This is why employees need the right system to help them evolve.

And STP does exactly this because the pillar of STP is people.

Third, STP is a model. A model each big-sized company should follow. Why am I saying that?

After Covid 19 the war between Russia and Ukraine came into our lives. After many-many decades of internal and international conflicts (see Vietnam, Cuba, Panama, Nicaragua, killings of famous leaders, Ku Klux Klan, etc) is more clear than ever that humanity needs other kind of leaders.

And STP does exactly this: helps the CEO and all other leaders of a company discover the right steps they should follow in order to scale the business with the minimum risks possible for all company's stakeholders.

When STP was born?

STP was born in my mind many years ago as a simple idea. I knew since then that companies need a different approach in order for all stakeholders to thrive. Now, after many years spent practicing what I have learned from top worldwide gurus, scientists, and healers, I decided to build STP and launch it worldwide.
