Many people on social media (including Coaches) are talking about Coaching without knowing the differences between Coaching and any other process that uses mindset to help clients solve her/his problems.
What is worse, part of them declared that they are Coaches and when I asked them how they work with their clients they told me that they are teaching and telling clients what to do and when.
