"Don’t waste yourself in rejection, nor bark against the bad, but chant the beauty of the good.”– Ralph Waldo Emerson - American essayist, lecturer, philosopher and poet (1803 - 1882)
As you maybe already read here , there are no toxic people on this Earth. There are only people with mental patterns who respond to different triggers.
In case you meet someone so-called "toxic", who is unable to control himself/herself, here are the 3 steps you should follow in order to have good communication with that person.
Step no. 1 Keep calm
This is the first thing first to do. Is very important to be calm, no matter what the "toxic" person says, does, or shows. Keeping calm will have a powerful impact and there is a 60% chance for the "toxic" person to also become calm during the next 2-3 minutes.
Step no. 2 Avoid smiling
No matter how much you would like to smile, avoid doing it!
There are 80% chances for the "toxic" person to get even more angry because he/she will think that you are making fun of him/her.
Step no. 3 Avoid making jokes
A normal person becomes "toxic" because he/she thinks he/she has a very good reason to act like this. If you intend to make any joke in this situation your action will blow up his/her mind and there are 90% chances for the situation to get worse and worse.
Do you want to discover what words should you use in communication with a "toxic" person without making the situation worse?
